BARC adopts to most homes within San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, as well as some parts of Orange County.
Our corporate name is The OakTree Foundation, Inc DBA Benevolent Animal Rescue Committee and DBA Bear Mountain Dog Rescue and DBA Retrievers & Friends. We are a non profit 501c3 charity as described by the IRS. All donations (including our required adoption donations) both monetary and of goods, are 100% tax deductible. Our Fed ID # is 93-1201887. All donations directly benefit the homeless pets of BARC, Retrievers & Friends and BMDR.
